DM's national people of color network:
* Connects people of color across progressive movements to expand their networks and build a foundation for collaboration and shared professional opportunities. * Provides learning and leadership development opportunities for network members, including but not limited to acting as change agents for integrating justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in all facets of progressive work and gaining additional professional skills and knowledge on environmental and social change issues. * Supports people of color to sustain their passion and engagement in social change as a career and to manage challenges facing people of color in progressive movements. * Provides an opportunity for cross-generational dialogue and learning from the most experienced leaders of color in progressive work to students and new entrants in the field.
