CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the participatory nature of our workshops and the challenge presented by last minute cancellation, Diversity Matters has instituted a cancellation policy for all Leadership Series sessions. If you are registered for a session but find that you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations more than two weeks in advance of the event may be credited to a future session, but will incur a $100 transfer fee. Cancellations less than two weeks in advance of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

In the event that Diversity Matters cancels or postpones a session of our own accord, your registration fee will be 100% credited towards participation in a future session.
